They kept telling me that I couldn't do shading with henna - that it was only black or white. Well, F*ck you all! Traditional? Hardly, but it's mine.
Applied with a bottle and shaded with a brush dipped in watered down paste. (Oooh, so hard! I know, right?) My sister's foot. We went tot he beach the next day and she did not apply sunblock to the topes of her feet (see "Evenstar" which was done on the top of her other foot) and once the stain wore off a reverse image was shaped into the new tan on the top of her foot. It was there forever, too. Paste off. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
